The prices listed for products do not include shipping fees or sales tax when applicable.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be detailed in the shopping cart when you place an order. All products ordered from us will be shipped via EMS or mail depending on what you choose. It will generally be 5-15 business days for EMS and 15-30 days for China mail depending on where you are located in the world.
Once your order has been shipped,
check shipping status by entering your tracking number into the China Post Tracking System for China mail and EMS parcel service.
We can almost always completely fill all orders, however we can not guarantee availability of every product at all times. We will ship all in-stock items to expedite your order. We will contact you in regards to the unavailable items which will be placed on back-order. We will ship any item(s) ASAP upon there arrival in our store - unless notified otherwise by you.
In case of lost or damaged items due to shipping, contact the shipper directly to file a claim. You must keep all original packing materials and paperwork until your claim is satisfied. Let us know if you receive a damaged item, and, if possible, we will try to assist in the resolution of your claim with the shipper.
Returns
In the event an item must be returned, please email us for return authorization within 10 days of receipt of the item. Estore365 will not be responsible for return shipping fees. The product must be properly packaged to ensure safe and undamaged return of the item. Estore365 reserves the right to determine if a refund, replacement item or store credit will be issued in regard to returned merchandise.
